• 1 cup dry dupuy lentils
• ½ cup unsalted pistachio, chopped
• ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
• 2 medium carrots, peeled and grated
• 1 medium zucchini, grated
• ¼ cup fresh parsley
• 1 egg
• 2 egg whites
• 1 tbsp tamari (or soy sauce)
• 1 tbsp dijon mustard
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tbsp oregano
• ½ tsp ground fennel seeds
