  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups low fat milk
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 ounces feta or goat cheese, chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (optional)
