- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus additional to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon aleppo pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon (2 pinches) ground cumin
- finely grated zest of 1 lime
- juice of 1 lime, plus additional
- olive oil, for frying
