  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 7 ounces feta, chopped
  • 1 pound phyllo dough, defrosted if frozen
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
