Soba Noodles With Broccoli Sauce

Ingredients

• 8 oz dried soba noodles
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 3 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
• 1 tbsp sake or vodka
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• ½ tsp granulated sugar
• ½ tsp asian chili sauce
• freshly ground black pepper
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp minced ginger
• 4 cups broccoli florets
• 2 tbsp reduced-sodium vegetable or chicken stock or water
• 2 green onions, white part with a bit of green, thinly sliced
• sesame oil
