- 2 cup very cold whipping cream, divided
- edible lavender buds (garnish, optional)
- 4 cups raspberries
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar or honey (or granulated sugar but brown tasted better)
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup packed lemon verbena
