- 4 oz. snow peas, strings removed
- 1/2 c. natural peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. brown sugar (optional)
- 1 tsp. ginger, grated
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- pinch of red pepper flakes or sriracha to taste (optional)
- 2-4 tbsp. water
- 1/4 c. chopped roasted peanuts
