  • 1/8 tsp of dried oregano
  • 1/8 tsp of dried rosemary
  • 1/8 tsp of dried thyme
  • 2 tsp of salt
  • 4 cups of canned or boxed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of dried red wine
  • 1 tsp herbs de provance
  • 2 tbs of unsalted butter
  • 2 lbs of pasta fresh or homemade
