  • 3 tbsp patak’s tandoori paste
  • 4 tsp gram flour/chick pea flour
  • 2 tsp kasoori methi/dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tbsp melted butter for basting
  • 1 handful sautéed onions and green peppers
