- 1 cup raisins
- 6 cardamom pods (crushed and ground)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 3 cups vinegar
