Ingredients

1 cup mango puree
2 cup whipping cream/double cream (cool whip may be used as a substitute… tho’ the texture gets less creamy &; light)
a pinch of saffron (optional)
1/4 cup coarsely ground pistachios
1.5 cup fresh mango, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup icing sugar (more or less depending on how sweet the fruit is)
tall glasses to serve
