  • 18 g (2 tablespoons) black onyx cocoa powder
  • 60 g (4 tablespoons) unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 120 g (1 cup) confectioners’ sugar, sifted
  • 90 g (3 large) egg whites at room temperature
  • 1 pizzelle cone
  • 1 4” in diameter circle acetate stencil
  • a small offset spatula (this is optional, but will make your life much easier)
