  • 1 ball pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup bechamel sauce
  • 1/4 cup finely grated parmigiano-reggiano or grana padano cheese
  • 1 1/2 ounces fresh mozzarella, torn into 5 clumps
  • 2 ounces sliced prosciutto, torn
  • scant 1/4 cup fresh or defrosted frozen and patted dry peas
  • 2 to 3 large fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced
