Green Mango Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cups of basmati rice
- 1 and 1/4 tsps of salt
- 1 tbs of butter
- 2 and 1/4 cups of water
- 2 and 1/2 tsps of brown mustard seeds
- 7 dried red chilies
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 5 and 1/2 tbs of dried grated coconut or 4 tbs of fresh grated coconut
- 1 and 1/2 cups of grated green mango
- 3 tbs of vegetable oil
- 1 tbs yellow split peas (chana dal)
- 5 or 6 fresh or frozen curry leaves
- 4 tbs raw peanuts
