  • 1 ½ tsp. xanthan gum
  • 65 grams vegan butter, earth balance or other non-dairy butter substitute, room temperature and cut into pieces
  • ½ to 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or rice milk, or other non-dairy milk alternative
