  • 1/8th tsp fine grain sea salt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 6 tbsp neutral-tasting protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp pure maple syrup (or other liquid sweetener)
  • strawberry jam, to stir into the bottom
