  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 3/4 cup ( 1 1/2 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups plain nonfat greek yogurt
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 tbsp turbinado sugar (sold as sugar in the raw)
