• 1 cup chopped red pepper
• one (14-oz/400ml) can crushed tomatoes
• 3 tbsp tomato paste
• 20 grams or 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1/2 tsp dried thyme
• salt &; pepper, to taste
• large soft tortilla wraps
• about 1.5 cups loaded pizza sauce or store-bought
• daiya cheese or homemade cheeze sauce
