  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • dash of worcestershire sauce
  • dash of tabasco sauce
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan
  • 1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs (homemade or store-bought)
