- 4 medium apples, peeled, cored, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsps unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar (brown sugar is better)
