Cranberry Chipotle Ketchup

Ingredients
- 1 2/3 c. fresh cranberries
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped shallots
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. minced chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (more or less is fine--use what you're comfortable with)
