  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup bittersweet chocolate (60 percent cacao), finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 vanilla bean, halved lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup toasted shaved coconut, for garnish
