- 12 wonton wrappers
- 12 pieces of chocolates
- high heat oil for frying
- powdered sugar for dusting
- drain on paper towels and sprinkle with powdered sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tonka bean (or 1 teaspoon vanilla + 1/2 teaspoon almond extracts)
