  • 4 poblano or green peppers
  • ½ cup ground walnuts or almonds
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
