- 3 tablespoons of cream cheese, at room temperature

- 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream

- heaping 1/3 cup of cafe du mond coffee (or another dark-roast ground coffee)
- 4 ounces of high-quality dark chocolate, roughly chopped
