Baked Maple Donuts (Grain Free)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 whole egg
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbs low sugar maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp maple extract
- 2 tbs unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup skim milk or milk substitute of choice
- 12-15 pks stevia or 1/2 cup sweetener of choice (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup ideal powdered sugar or regular powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp maple extract
- 1 tsp water (add more water by 1/8 tsp if needed)
