- 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken (about 2 oz cooked)
- 1 tbs plain low fat greek yogurt
- 1 tbs low fat mayonaise (or an additional tbs greek yogurt)
- 1/4 cup gala apple, chopped
- 1/2 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1 tbs finely chopped red onion
- pinch salt, pepper and stevia to taste
- 1 piece center cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
- low carb wrap or lettuce wrap to serve
