Ingredients

• 2 habanero peppers, minced
• 2 medium cloves of garlic, minced (about 2 teaspoons)
• 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves, plus additional for garnish
• 1 1/2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
• 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
• 2 cups homemade or store-bought low-sodium chicken broth, divided
• 1 1/2 cups half and half
• 2 tablespoons tequila
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
