• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

• 1/4 cup cake flour
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 teaspoons ground ginger
• 3 large egg whites, room temperature
• 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
