  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • ½ bunch radishes, sliced
  • 1 bunch scallions, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 small jicama, diced
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
  • ½ mango, diced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
