  • 100 g (1/2 cup) white granulated sugar
  • 120 g (1/2 cup) dark brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 210 g (1 1/2 cups) all purpose flour
  • 180 g (6 oz or 1 cup) bittersweet chocolate chopped into 1/4 inch chunks
