  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 2 avocados, halved and pitted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 papaya, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tomato, seeded and diced
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 key limes, juiced (about 3/4 cup)
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro, stems included
  • 2 persian limes, juiced (3-4 tablespoons)
