  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of mung-bean sprouts
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (divided)
