  • 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and finely diced
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds, plus more for sprinkling
  • 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 egg yolks lightly beaten with 2 tsp water, for egg wash
