  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup minced garlic (about 4 cloves)
  • 4 stalks lemongrass, outer leaves removed and tender center thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
  • 4 teaspoons asian sesame oil
