  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 ounces bean thread noodles
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 1/2 bunch asparagus, bias-sliced into 3-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup dried apricots, finely chopped (optional)
