  • 1 pound ground pork (or ground beef/chicken/turkey)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • one 8-ounce can bamboo shoots, drained and diced
  • 4 ounces fresh shiitake mushrooms, diced
  • 1 stalk green onion, chopped
