  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 3/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
