  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 2 teaspoons cumin seed
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire
  • 1 bay leaf
  • zest of one lemon
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
