  • 1/3 cup popcorn
  • 200 g (1 cup) white granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 57 g (4 tablespoons or 1/2 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
