  • 1/2 cup (90g) white cornmeal
  • 1 cup (140g) all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 medium cloves garlic, minced (about 1 tablespoon)
  • one 3 to 4 inch sprigs of rosemary, leaves finely chopped (about 1 teaspoon) or 2 teaspoon of dried rosemary crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz/113g) of canned new mexico hatch valley fire roasted diced green chiles
