Ingredients

  • 2 to 2 1/2 pounds pork sirloin tip roast, visible fat trimmed
  • 1-2 tsp. whole caraway seeds or 1/2-1 tsp. ground caraway (use less or omit if you don't like caraway that much)
  • 1 tsp. dried marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp. salt or vege-sal
  • fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 t olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 t white wine vinegar
  • 8 oz. low fat sour cream (do not use fat free)
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch + 1 t water for thickening
