Ingredients

  • 2 green onions, coarsely chopped
  • ½ red bell pepper, sliced
  • 20 snowpeas, ends removed
  • 6 baby bok choys, cut in quarters
  • 12 large raw tiger shrimps, cleaned and shelled
  • 1-2 tsp black and white sesame seeds, for garnish
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic or wine vinegar (or rice vinegar if you don't want to keep grain free)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp tamari sauce
  • ½ tsp sambal oelek
  • ½ tsp unpasteurized liquid honey
