Ingredients

  • 500 g (17.6oz) live mussels
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 200 ml (7fl oz) white wine
  • 500 g (17.6oz) linguine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 knob of butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 6 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 100 g (3.5oz) monkfish tail, cut into 2cm chunks
  • 150 g (5.3oz) raw prawns
  • 2 tbsp double cream
  • 1 red chilli, chopped (optional)
  • 0.5 lemon, zest and juice
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, for serving
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
