  • 1/2 pound italian sausage
  • 1 bunch kale (a large bunch), stemmed and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, cut into thin strips
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ricotta (or another soft cheese like feta or goat cheese)
  • salt and pepper
