  • 15 g (2 tablespoons) soy flour
  • 2 1/4 teaspoon (1 envelope) rapid rise yeast
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 85 g (6 tablespoons) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 cups of shortening or vegetable oil for frying
  • 2 medium strawberries
  • 120 g (1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon) granulated white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rosewater
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 190 g (1 1/2 cup) powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of decorative pearl sprinkles
