  • 2 avocados, skin removed and cut into wedges
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • handful of dried cranberries
  • handful chopped white cheddar cheese
  • mustard herb vinaigrette
  • kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
