  • 2 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 (about 1 1/2 pounds total) firm, ripe bosc pears, halved, cored, and cut into 1/2-inch-thick wedges
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
