Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites (or 1/2 cup egg whites from a carton)
  • 1 cup low fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk (or almond milk/ milk of choice)
  • 1 3/4 c oats (old fashioned oats, use gluten free if sensitive)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar (or 2 tsp. vinegar)
  • 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups sugar substitute or or 1/2 cup baking stevia (or 12-14 packets stevia, or to taste)
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 4-5 packets stevia or sweetener of choice (or to taste)
