  • 2 cinnamon sticks, about 2 inches long
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon (18 g) all purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon white granulated sugar
